As a Principal Director of the firm, Roslyn O’Reilly brings over four decades of extensive legal expertise. She has specialized in various areas, including compensation law, property, wills and estates, family law, and general litigation. Since 2010 and onward, her focus has shifted predominantly towards family law matters, where she has gained substantial expertise in contested property and parenting issues, as well as Wills and Estates.
Roslyn is not only an experienced professional but also a compassionate and dedicated advocate for her clients. Roslyn places great importance on qualities such as “resilience” and “dogged determination” when navigating the complexities of family law litigation.
Trish Kunwar
Trishna Kunwar is a Graduate Solicitor at McCabe Partners Personal Injury Division. Since joining the firm, she has taken carriage of the firm’s more complex matters in the areas of Medical Negligence, Public Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents/CTP, Workers Compensation matters guided by the mentorship of Director Roslyn O’Reilly.
