David is a co-founder of McCabe Partners Lawyers (as a partnership) and the key legal practitioner in the regional office of McCabe Partners as an incorporated Legal Practice in Young, New South Wales.  David is an experienced regional practitioner across many industries and all areas of New South Wales.

David is widely regarded as one of the most proficient and experienced workers’ compensation specialist lawyers in New South Wales.  David has extensive experience in pursuing injury and workplace rights for clients in the South West Slopes area and across New South Wales.  David also has extensive involvement in all aspects of sport – including competitive rugby and swimming, coaching and equipment and facilities.
