The breakdown of any relationship is difficult.  That’s where our Director Roslyn O’Reilly with over 15 years’ experience can assist you with any sort of family law matter, big or small.

We provide friendly assistance and advice in relation to:

• Divorce applications

Wherever possible Roslyn prefers to facilitate a settlement without the need for Court proceedings but this is not always achievable as sometimes family law matters involve difficult personalities with entrenched positions.  If Court proceedings become necessary, Roslyn endeavours to make herself available to explain the process to her clients and reassure them throughout what is often a stressful process. 

She is also mindful of minimising the legal costs associated with these disputes and prefers not to engage in unnecessary battles with opposing practitioners and focus on the essential issues.
