Trishna Kunwar is a Solicitor at McCabe Partner’s Personal Injury (Med Neg) Division. She graduated from Legal Profession Admission Board at the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor into the Supreme Court of New South Wales inearly 2024. Since joining the firm, she has taken carriage of the firm’s more complex matters in the areas of Medical Negligence, Public Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), and Workers Compensation. Additionally, she also practices in Family & Parenting and Wills & Estate matters guided by the mentorship of director Roslyn O’Reilly.
Prior joining the McCabe’s, Trish has worked as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant throughout her academic and professional journey and have developed a solid foundation in legal principles and practices, with a particular focus on Insolvency, Trade and Credit Recoveries, Commercial disputes and Litigation, Family and Parenting matters. She is well-versed in handling various aspects of litigation.
